Procurement Specification YUWA is planning to launch a digital information platform that houses informative contents and posts on different components of SRHR.

YUWA is inviting proposals from reputable and qualified companies with a track record of success in designing and producing digital solutions to develop new templates/websites to be linked in the current website. The templates should provide a new look-and-feel to the web and will unlock the potential functionalities of the current software while displaying the content in a more organized, attractive and user-friendly manner.

Deliverables

• Development of a new site based on the branding guidelines provided by YUWA
• Integration of this newer template on the existing partners website and YUWA’s CSE e-learning course
• Develop a user manual and deliver a webinar for the support staff and system administrators to perform content upload, system maintenance and administration.
• Support and maintenance: Administrative and technical support, quality control for a period of 6 months.
• Source code handover: Full source code including all developed libraries shall be handed over to YUWA.
• Financial proposal should include hosting/server costs and any other fees applicable.
• Upload the contents provided to the web developer
• Include the use of Google analytics tagging for user insights
• The digital information platform will house, articles, blogs and videos.
• The platform will also be dealing with knowledge check/quiz questions thus will have to create a system for that (question will be presented in the page, user type in the answers and a pop-up will show the real answers and explanation)

Deliverable's clause

Once a company is selected, the contract may be amended with a time and materials to capture new specific developments on the site upon request of YUWA.

Timing and Duration of the assignment

The hired vendor will complete the entirety of the work in four months from the date of contract signing. All the necessary documents will be provided by YUWA during handover.

Assignment Specifics:

The web developer will work with YUWA and their team to finalize the overall layout and design of the website

Over view of the work:

The web developer will work in consultation with YUWA and team, for the layout of the website and the features. The necessary features are listed but not limited to the following:

1. Home page that explains the digital information platform
2. Sections and subsections that houses various types of contents: blogs, videos, quizzes, etc.
3. Comment section for each posts
4. Chat box feature
5. Discussion forums where users can upload text, photos, videos that should be approved my admin beforehand.

1. Letter of Interest (Cover Letter)
2. CV/Resume of the consultant/ team
3. Technical proposal including the above mentioned details and any other additional chargers required eg: server fees, hosting, etc.
4. Sample of one or two previous consultancy of similar nature
5. VAT/PAN registration and tax clearance documents (if applying through a organization/institution)
