Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Windows Operating System - capable of formatting computers & re-installing operating system.
• Understanding of Android Mobile Operating System - capable of keeping mobile phones up to date, software updates, app updates and phone management.
• Knowledge of router setup, connectivity management, wireless networks.
• Understanding of Support Ticket Systems and Helpdesk management.
• Reasonable understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Good Communication skills in English language.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt under pressure.
