Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Technical Support and Implementation Engineer to strengthen our delivery and support function.

This role focuses on technical setup, troubleshooting, and implementation, working closely with senior technical leadership. While the role is primarilybackend and systems-focused, it will collaborate with the client services teamto support timely and accurate issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

  • Investigate and resolve application-related technical issues
  • Support debugging of workflows, automations, and configurations
  • Assist with error analysis and root cause identification

Implementation and Setup

  • Support technical setup of contracts, workflows, and document automation
  • Assist with spreadsheet-based configurations, including:
    • Google Sheets
    • Microsoft Excel (Office 365 and offline)
    • Formulas and data mapping
  • Support integrations and API-based setups under guidance

Collaboration and Learning

  • Work closely with the Technical Lead on complex setups
  • Support the automation team during delivery peaks
  • Participate in internal training and documentation
  • Gradually take ownership of technical components as skills grow

Skills and Experience

Required

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, implementation, or engineering roles
  • Comfortable working with web-based applications
  • Understanding of basic API concepts including REST and JSON
  • Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets and
  • Microsoft Excel: Office 365 and offline)
  • Ability to follow structured processes and documentation

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workflow or automation platforms
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Apps Script, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Prior experience in SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or LegalTech

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
  • Degrees such as BIT, BIM, BCA, or equivalent are strongly preferred
