**Job Title: Technical Support Executive **

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing technical support for hardware and software issues to employees.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware problems, recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and network.
- Windows troubleshooting.
- Conduct IT training sessions for employees to enhance their technical skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand and address technical concerns.
- Document and update technical procedures and manuals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT /BIM/ BCA/ BE or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
