**Job Title: Technical Support Executive **

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in providing technical support for hardware and software issues to employees.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware problems, recommending appropriate solutions.
3. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
4. Provide assistance in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and network.
5. Windows troubleshooting.
6. Conduct IT training sessions for employees to enhance their technical skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
7. Communicate effectively with team members to understand and address technical concerns.
8. Document and update technical procedures and manuals.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT /BIM/ BCA/ BE or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
