Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in QA
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Participating in a test planning meeting and providing feedback to the team
• Should know testing methodologies
• Create test cases to identify software problems and prioritize testing activities
• Good communication skills
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
• Experience in mobile application testing i.e Android, IOS Testing, Native apps
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong documentation skills: able to clearly report bugs and prepare test reports
• Knowledge of load and performance testing process, an experience of using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, SoapUI
• Good understanding of the test methodologies and test environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute software test plans.
• Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation
• Troubleshoot, isolate and write problem reports, verify bug fixes.
• Continuous test coverage, maintenance and improvement.
• Provide initial investigation and reproducible steps for customer issue ticket.
• Design and execute end-to-end test planning of user requirements, use cases and technical specifications.
• Communicate with the project manager, developers, fellow QA engineers and other interest groups.
• Assist Senior QA/Project Manager to design the system and prepare SRS document.

Education + Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent in relevant stream
• Minimum 1 year experience in QA
