We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing cutting-edge website designs that align with our client’s brand identities and business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of web design projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs using industry-standard design tools and techniques
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to present and validate ideas
• Conduct thorough research on current design trends and best practices, ensuring our designs are innovative and modern
• Translate design concepts into responsive HTML/CSS templates that are compatible across different devices and browsers
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements
• Conduct quality assurance tests to identify and resolve any design-related issues
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and design tools to continuously improve design processes and deliverables
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and
• supportive team environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Jquery, and responsive web design principles
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:

Must have 1 year of professional experience as a Web Designer or equivalent position

• Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of front-end development frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
• Must have a can-do attitude, and strong work ethic and work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
