Position: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and oversee core digital marketing campaigns and strategies for multiple products

• Set and deliver on digital marketing goals, metrics and KPI’s

• Manage SEO/SEM campaigns to drive inbound traffic to web content

• Manage email campaigns across multiple stakeholders and channels to increase sales and grow brand awareness

• Support brand awareness and organic growth objectives across digital channels

• Create and manage social media campaigns to leverage social media

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns

• Monitor trends and insights across digital marketing to enhance efforts

• Train and supervise other team members

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in IT, Marketing, Advertising or Communications; experience may be considered instead of a degree

• Must have created and managed at least 4 successful marketing campaigns (must include SEO and SMM) and that can be shown

• 5+ years of experience within marketing teams

• 1+ years of experience in a mentor, supervisor, or leadership role required

• Fluent copywriting skills in English

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Google Analytics and Search Console

  • SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush

  • Facebook and other social media advertising

  • WordPress

  • Email marketing tools

• Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment

• Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and presentation skills
