Terms and conditions:

• The item has to be supplied and installed at Safai Yodha site at Jadibuti, Bhaktapur.
• Operator training required for one Safai Yodha personnel.
• SASAJA will not pay for any extra cost except the machine, all relevant costs for transportation, installation and training should be borne by the supplier.
• Priority will be given to direct representative of supplier/dealer in Nepal.

Submission:

Interested suppliers are requested to mail the quotation to [email protected] or drop sealed quotation at SASAJA office, Teku by 29.02.2024 (2080.11.17) before 5 PM with following documents. The bid will be opened on 04.03.2024.

• VAT Registration Certificate
• TAX Clearance Certificate (FY 79/80)
• Machine specification with warranty details/service support.

The quotation should only be mailed to the indicated mail address [email protected]. SASAJA holds the right to discard quotations without proper documentation and terms not met.
