Description

Oversee a software from start to finish.
Need to oversee both the product being produced and the people performing the work.
Managing the project’s team, the project’s scope, understanding project’s objectives, creating a plan
Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming using PHP.
Experience in popular MVC frameworks like Yii (Preferred).
Able to use/create third party API & Web Services in PHP like REST, SOAP, JSON, XML-RPC
Should have good knowledge of XHTML and CSS.
Identifying and managing risks and setting realistic expectations for the customer
