We’re seeking a highly motivated Outreach Intern who can demonstrate verbal and non-verbal communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and writing abilities. This position needs the candidate to help with communication activities such as writing, event planning and external outreach among others. The ideal candidate for this position would be enthusiastic, dedicated personnel with networking aptitude. The successful intern will acquire practical experience in various parts of communications by assisting with a variety of internal and external communications, as well as gaining a thorough knowledge of a diversified workplace.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, management, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt.
• Proactive and able to self-manage.- Outstanding written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Networking aptitude.
• Detail-oriented and capable of accurately recording data.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of designing tools (Canva, Figma, InDesign) is a plus.
• A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with IT institutions and industry influencers.
• Conduct outreach campaigns to engage with existing and potential stakeholders to promote company activities.
• Contribute to the organization and promotion of other outreach events.
• Assist in maintaining and cultivating relationships with media outlets to secure media coverage and press releases for company announcements.
• Participate in outreach, presentation, and tabling events to market the organization's services.
• Help analyze data and insights to refine outreach efforts for maximum impact.
