Description

.NET Technical Lead/Manager skills will be responsible for leading andmentoring a team of developers for .NET web, service, and cross-platform mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and strong programming skills. The candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities. The candidate must be proficient in n-tier architecture, class structures, and Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, SQL Server)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to development teams

Design, develop, maintain .NET web, service, and cross-platform mobile applications

Perform code review to ensure code quality, design, and coding standards

Guides developers in resolving complicated and escalated issues

Research new technologies. Integration with 3rd party tools and technologies

Directly report to founder/CEO

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical lead role with in-depth experience in research, design, development, and integration of new and existing systems

Hands-on experience leading a development team

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Web-based Applications with C#, ASP.NET (Core), SQL Server, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, JSON, Angular JS, etc.

Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
