We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid/Senior-Level React Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a React Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust, efficient, and scalable solutions that align with our business goals and technical standards.

Position: React Developer

Job Level: Mid Level / Senior Level

Salary : 40K - 1L Negotiable for Outstanding Candidates

Job Location: Chandol, Bishalnagar

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and software engineers to translate user requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js while ensuring optimal performance and usability.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

• Implement and enforce UI/UX design guidelines to ensure consistent and visually appealing interfaces.

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining code quality.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend and backend functionalities.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely solutions to ensure seamless user experiences.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 2-5 years of professional experience as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

• Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, or Parcel.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

• Ability to optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme is a plus.

• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is advantageous.
