Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent with 1 year plus experience.
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience in the Spring Framework
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful
- Working knowledge and experience with HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, JSON
- Knowledge of build managers such as Maven, Gradle
- Knowledge of well-known design patterns
- Working experience in Banking/Financial Domain or FinTech Software will be an added advantage
- Develop and adhere to best-practices for developing applications
- Knowledge of Swing framework will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like ReactJS and React Native will be a plus point
Other Specific Requirements:
- Hardworking and self-driven in nature
- Experience with e-Government / Core Banking System applications in Nepal will be added advantage
- Engage in self-driven research and analysis to solve complex problems and propose solutions
- Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage
- Working in a disciplined, team environment
- Candidates with pleasing personality and command over both spoken & written language in English/Nepali will be preferred
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration
- Collaborate effectively across team
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
