Description
Work with the functional team to organize inductions for all new starters, communicating with everyone involved to ensure a smooth start
Identify training needs for employees and assist in design, development and delivery of various training and development curriculum and activities
Liaise with training institutes, find suitable trainers according to the training need identified and finalize training programs and trainers based on it
Plan, organize, communicate and coordinate learning and development activities across the business, as appropriate and play an active role in the launch of new L&D initiatives.
Proactively and creatively assist in the assessment of learning programs and processes in the company and recommend improvements
Support the HR team in the communication and deliver of annual appraisals which then filter into the TNA
Support teams in succession planning process, ensuring the succession plans are robust, organic and fulfill the current and future needs of the business.
Perform research based study on various organizational concerns and suggest recommendations
Maintain a pool of talent or potentials in the organization and track their performance
Lead the operation of the Learning Management System
Assist in distance learning for employees of all levels
Involve in projects and activities for overall human resources and organizational development
