Ombryo Lab is seeking an experienced Javascript developer to improve and extend the capabilities of one of our in-house software products. This position is 100% remote and you’ll interact with other team members primarily through Slack, Zoom and Gitlab. Number of position: 2

Requirements

• Very strong plain Javascript
• Good knowledge of React.js, Next.js
• Good knowledge of Node / Express

Responsibilities

• Develop new components and features for our frontend app(s) using React.js and Next.js
• Developing Restful APIs using Node.js and Express
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both web and mobile platforms.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Write well designed and optimized code for a highly scalable product.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle - troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and database to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
• Understanding of best code practices
• Ability to effectively work in a team
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills and a problem solver
