Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Sales Manager/Lead withknowledge of the US IT Industry to support our US client needs with team- leading experience/ determination. You will be responsible for managing technical sales, coordinating sales activities, and planning strategies with the Nepal and US teams.

Work Hours : Night Shift (NST 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM, 5 days/week, Mon to Fri).

Base Salary : Rs. 25,000

Bonus for Sales : Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 20,000

Responsibilities :

  • Understand the IT industry requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs.
  • Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems/databases, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the time frame.
  • Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up-related information.
  • Responsible for editing and formatting technical resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting to clients.
  • Lead the team and ensure the target is met in terms of daily required submittals and the required number of placements.
  • Act as the main contact and the first line of response when issues arise.
  • Act as the main contact for Nepal and US team coordination.
  • Identify prospective clients and market to them via phone and email.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Track IT Sales team metrics and report them to the US team
  • Plan daily sales team strategies, review weekly sales teams’ reports and optimize sales.

Required Skills:

  • At least +2 or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales.
  • Candidates with good knowledge and passion for Sales for the US Market.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player, and quick learner.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word and Excel) and Google spreadsheets are required.
  • Any additional IT skills are a plus
  • Prior similar experience in the US is a plus.
