The Front Desk Management Intern is the first point of contact of AFN dealing with Stakeholders and clients to potray and maintain AFN's external relations.
- Answer all the incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible and call to other oraganization/ individuals as per the other's staff Request
- Receive and relay telephone/fax messages to concerned persons
- Check mail of AFN including Vacancy mail and deliver/inform the mail to respective person.
- Register incoming and outgoing letters, document and faxes.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence letters and officials documents
- Supervise and Support on issues related to office premises clean and tidy especially reception area.
- Support on procurement process i.e. collection and fill the requisition form according to requirement, request goods and supplies for office operation
- Maintain leave records of the employees.
- Support admin finance team to conduct event, select venue and arrange require logistics.
- Perform any other jobs as directed by the supervisor
