Operate a dedicated Call center established with dedicated toll free number
Response to Audience Queries
Provide information to the callers and refer callers to available services on Gender Based Violence and Covid 19
Maintain and update Call Log-sheet along with disaggregated data of calls received in dedicated phone lines of information desk.
