• Operate a dedicated Call center established with dedicated toll free number
• Response to Audience Queries
• Provide information to the callers and refer callers to available services on Gender Based Violence and Covid 19
• Maintain and update Call Log-sheet along with disaggregated data of calls received in dedicated phone lines of information desk.
