The prime responsibility of Broadcast Management & Coordination Intern is to maintain the media relations with the media partners
- Undertake Broadcast management responsibility: assist the program team in selecting Broadcasting partners, drafting and issuing partnership agreement, undertaking broadcast monitoring and bill/invoice Collection.
- Prepare a proper filing system to locate all the agreements in place.
- Prepare a log sheet of the invoice collected along with all the documents as mentioned in the contract agreement, re-insure that the invoice issued by the broadcasting partners are as per the contract mentioned and submit it to the finance department for payment release.
- Undertake promotional activities of radio drama
- Assist Project Coordinator and program team on issues related to radio program broadcasting and radio impact evaluation
- Resolve issues that arises regarding broadcasting.
- Consult immediate supervisor, admin finance team, Executive Director as and when required.
- Perform any other jobs as directed by the supervisor
