- Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
- Manage recruitment, pre-screening and selection process
- Responsible for employee onboarding, assigning the specific job responsibilities in coordination with specific department
- Identify the need for training the employees through performance appraisal, develop training calendars and implement in coordination with Operation Department
- Planning and overseeing labor law compliance, including insurance, provident fund, gratuity, taxation and other legal requirements
- Add value to the business through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees
- Keep track of employee’s activities in terms of employee promotion, employee relocation, transfer as per the requirement and employee lay off
- Grievance handling, provide guidance, counseling the employees and respond to employees' queries on HR policy-related issues
- Prepare HR reports and maintenance of personnel files of each of the employees with personal and professional records
- Leave, Overtime and Payroll management with the use of HRIS
