Our P&C Traineeship is a six-months paid program not only designed to introduce you to Human Resources, but to deepen the subject understanding. The objective of this program is to provide youths with a dynamic environment that fosters personal growth and broadens their HR skill-set. We want to empower young minds by providing them a holistic training that helps them become professionally adept and market-ready.
You could be a fresher or an experienced candidate. Either way, the training would facilitate anyone to become a highly trained HR professional.
The program entails you to directly work with our HR and other cross-functional teams simultaneously. Access to various company resources will be provided to expand your learning capabilities. Also, we try our best to create a balanced environment, where work and play go side my side.
