We are looking for a HR Associate responsible for the carrying our the basicHR functions on the organization. You'll work with a smart and passionate IT Professionals dedicated to delivering amazing products using modern tools and technologies.
Maintain files of personnel and other confidential documents.
Manage staff identify cards, experience certificates and other certificates according to the records in the personnel file.
Establish and maintain various filing and records management systems;
Perform a variety of secretarial support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
Organizing and maintaining records of co-workers in a periodic manner.
Serve as a medium between management and co-workers by handling their queries.
Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, government changes, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.
Manage employee refreshments activities.
Look after the hiring process.
Update the rules and regulations and policies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field
Must be a good listener
Having worked in similar company like ours is a plus
Must have strong communication and writing skills (English)
Good knowledge of administrative issues;
Familiarity with human resources information systems (HRIS)
Basic knowledge of national labor legislation
Good organizational skills
Fluency in verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali
Willing to work on a flexible schedule.
Should have good skills of interpersonal relationship (IPR);
Should have good skills on facilitation and communication;
Should have excellent computer skills, especially in MS Word and Excel, internet and email.
