Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Graphic Designing roles (Familiar with graphic design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator)

• Excellent understanding and eye for design, communication, outreach, and public relations (willing to learn)

• Proficient in the understanding and usage of design principles and design apps (should be able to take feedback and work on it)

• Skilled in using Adobe Illustrator, Premier Pro, In-Design and Photoshop, Canva, and other design-related software

• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Nepali, including digitally.

• conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Designing day to day social media content,
• Designing banners, posters, flyers and other print material,
• Designing content while meeting their brand guidelines,
• Designing templated letters and notices,
• Study design briefs and determine requirements,
• Working together with the creative team to create compelling designs,
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements,
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas,
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand,
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic,
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design,
• Test graphics across various media,
• Amend designs after feedback,
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand,
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trend
