Description

Minimum 3+ years industry experience as a software engineer * Minimum 1+ years of experience with cloud platform services and application development using Microsoft Azure, AWS and Heroku
- 1+ years of experience leading a complex project end-to-end
- Experience planning projects and managing team-wide efforts to completion
- Practiced at owning and delegating technical design decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and PM/Design/ to define requirements, make tradeoffs, and align on long-term plans
- Experienced with SQL and NoSQL databases. We use SQL Server, Cloud Firestore and MySQL
- Experienced using front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular JS frameworks like React and React native
- Proficient in atleast one server side web framework. We use Django, Express and ASP.NET Preference would be given to these frameworks.
- Familiar with developing software using CI/CD, Automation
- Experienced with database design, writing and tuning queries
- Familiar with Linux/UNIX systems and the best practices for deploying applications to those stacks is a plus
- Innovative problem solver
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into working solutions
- Results oriented with an ability to work in team and individual contributor work environments
- Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
