Position: Customer Support Officer

Job Level: Junior

Job Location: Chandol, Bishalnagar

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide support via email by answering support questions asked by the customers.

  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and working together

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a customer service role would be beneficial but not essential.

  • Knowledge about WordPress will be good but not mandatory.

  • Good spoken and written english
