Role and Responsibilities

Data Processing & Troubleshooting
* Dedicated to the part that requires manpower in the data processing process
* Resolve data processing problems together with the relevant department

Customer Support
* Support to inquiries from overseas users
* Resolve technical responses appropriately with the relevant team
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a small business or team project
- Active communication skills and teamwork attitude to solve problems
- Proficient in communication in English (both written and verbal)
- Passion for learning
- Active communicator
- Able to thrive in a fully remote organization with great work ethics
- Proactive and able to be self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and self-manage
Preferred Qualifications
- A GIS background would be great
- High level of general interest and understanding of IT technology
- Basic understanding of photogrammetry
