Job Description

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products using formal language.

• Recommend product by collecting customer information, analyzing their product and service needs and following up accordingly.

• Handling all the social medias (Facebook, Instagram, Viber, WhatsApp) and website.

• Process online as well as telephonic orders and synchronize all the orders in wise, effective and efficient manner.

• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Managing the company’s products and stay updated with the related issues for every event.

• Promptly identify and resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Academic Qualification: +2 Complete or Bachelors Running

Job Specification

• Should be willing to work in odd shift.

• Should be willing to work in weekends and public holidays.

• Proven experience in similar roles
