Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and maintain IT equipment's, Operating system, application software and system management tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Performing periodic system upgrade and patching as per requirement.
• Assist in user desktop issues, computer software installation, solves email access.
• General Administration of Linux - Installation, Setting Permissions, Webserver, FTP, DNS, etc.
• Liaise with vendors and other Team members for problem resolution
• Monitoring system and application performance, identify possible solutions and report to concern team.
• Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
• Routine update of Inventory management system of servers and IT assets.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, reviewing system and application logs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer related programs (BE/BIT/BIM/BCA/BCIS).
• Result awaiting candidates are also highly encouraged to apply.
• Self-learner, research oriented and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Certification on System/Network/Security and cloud will be an added advantage.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solution in a time sensitive manner.
• Good Communication Skills (Both Verbal and Written).
