Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge on installing and configuring of OS, computer networks including routers, switches, firewalls, and other IT equipment's.

• Full support for LAN/WAN and internet connectivity for smooth operation.

• Provide network technical support, evaluate and optimize IT infrastructure for better performance.

• Ensure network security and connectivity.

• Monitoring network performance (availability, resource utilization, latency etc.).

• Define network policies and procedures.

• Upgrading and patching latest firmware and software’s.

• Performing L2/L3 support for network and wireless.

• Proper Management of IT equipment's and maintaining inventory detail.

• Basic understating of network protocols such as subnet, routing, VLAN, port security, OSI/TCP,VPN.

• Regular backup scheduling for network and IT equipment.

• Documentation & Reporting of network equipment's status.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer related programs (BE/BIT/BIM/BCA/BCIS).

• Result awaiting candidates are also highly encouraged to apply.

• Team player, self-driven attitude and provide effective solutions.

• Self-learner, research oriented and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Certifications in Network/Security will be an added advantage.

• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solution in a time sensitive manner.

• Good Communication Skills(Both Verbal and Written).
