We are looking for self-driven, motivated and result oriented professional tobe part of our dynamic team as a “ Assistant Manager: Resource and Project Engagement "

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate the resource needed to achieve project goals and ensure the right teams are working on the right projects.
  • Assisting the Resource Manager in managing and assigning resources to projects.
  • Maintaining and updating resource schedules and availability.
  • Monitoring resource utilization and providing regular status updates to the Resource Manager.
  • Collaborating with project managers to ensure that resources are utilized effectively.
  • Participating in the resource planning and forecasting process.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of resource management best practices.
  • Determine the hiring and/or relocating need based on each project’s requirement.
  • Build and manage the client relationship with focus on up selling solutions or expanding scope for existing client engagement.
  • Helping project manager in preparing project plan and other project documentation by coordinating with the clients, stakeholders, and the project team
  • Participate in and/or facilitate project review/project meetings.

Job Specification:

  • Demonstrable leadership skills, able to influence diverse teams of support staff, engineers, consultants, developers and managers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline. IT Degree Preferable.
  • 3+ years of IT resource/project coordination experience within a software development environment.
  • Knowledge of Software and IT infrastructure would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skill and proven ability to carry on a business conversation at all levels.
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skill.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skill.
  • Certified or knowledge holder in any project management tool would be an added advantage.
