Job Description:
- Software training, software installation and troubleshoot the cooperative customer issues.
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to clients where necessary regarding the services and ensure their issues are completely resolved.
- Field visit in regard to accounting/finance related technical services inside and outside of the valley.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Check the daily support operations and report it to the supervisor.
- Logging and maintain records of customer queries.
- Maintain the security and integrity of client’s database.
- Stay current with system information and updates regarding company product and services.
- Provide training and technical assistance on operating software.
Job Specification:
- Strong and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone manner and respond to customers feedback appropriately.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cooperative accounts and financial management.
- Literacy in Microsoft office package, email and internet.
- Competency in accounting/financial principles.
- Knowledge of any financial software and experience in cooperative will be of an added value.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree (BBA/BBS) with Account or Finance major (Completed or Running).
